Yes, it can be used, in summer and hot weather, as long as they have not been exposed to direct sunlight or heat for an extended period beforehand. Do not leave them for long periods on a dashboard, windowsill, parcel shelf or similar hot surface. The metal buckle may heat up and could cause minor burns or discomfort to you or your pet. Before use, always make sure the buckle is not hot. Important: The buckle is not expected to overheat while your pet is wearing the collar, as the fur helps absorb and distribute gradual warmth. Use it responsibly to help keep your pet safe.

To place an order, add the products to your cart, then go to checkout, enter your details and choose your preferred payment method.
Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM are processed and handed over to the selected courier service on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days within Hungary and 3–6 business days to other countries. Please note that order processing follows the Hungarian business calendar.

Within Hungary, you can pay by card or choose cash on delivery. For international orders, only advance card payment is available.
Yes, package tracking is available with most of our shipping partners, including GLS, DPD, MPL and FOXPOST. We will send the tracking details to you by email.
